Refund policy
You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt
• If you receive an item you did not order or if an item you ordered is received damaged (we will ask for a photo though), we will issue a full refund for you or replace it with identical one.
• If you receive an item in good condition but for some reason you want to send it back and get a refund, shipping costs are not refundable.
• Refund will be provided after receiving the item.
• If your order is customized, that is, we sew an individual item for you, then such an order cannot be returned or exchanged
